As a former family lawyer, I’ve seen firsthand how grief and loss affect individuals, especially during divorce or separation. I even wrote a legal guide, "Fathers Matter," supported by Sir Bob Geldof KBE, to help fathers navigate the grief, loss and pain of being separated from their children.But my work wasn't just about law. As an employee, I often felt undervalued and unsupported. These experiences now fuel my passion to help organisations create empathetic, supportive workplaces, especially when employees face life’s toughest challenges.𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼After over two decades in law and banking, I understand how loss affects workplace culture and productivity. And I know only too well how loss and trauma can impact work as I have lived it. I understand the complex cogs of organisations and the far-reaching consequences of unaddressed personal issues. My aim is to support businesses by providing comprehensive solutions that help employees through bereavement, divorce, and other personal challenges.
