Having worked with some of the biggest global brands including, Diageo, Google, Mastercard, Fisher-Price, Jack Daniel’s, Virgin Mobile and Harley-Davidson, friends, former colleagues and clients were regularly relying on me for advice on how they could publicise their own start-ups and side hustles.They knew they needed PR, but most didn’t know what PR could do for them. Those that did, realised that working with an agency was out of their budget. In a bid to help more people understand the value of public relations and the positive impact it can have on their business, I created PR Shed, a hassle-free subscription service to make PR more accessible to startups, small businesses and bigger brands. The done-with-you offering, the first of its kind globally, is designed to save time and money on internal or external PR resources by providing relevant publicity leads, contacts and targeted media outreach on a monthly basis. Turning the traditional agency model on its head, PR Shed empowers marketers and business owners to connect and collaborate with media, influencers and stakeholders direct, rather than through a third party. FACTS ABOUT ME: - Clients who have worked with me have been featured in/on the likes of Forbes, The Sunday Times, The New York Times, Sydney Morning Herald, The New Zealand Herald, Sky News, BBC, Sunrise, Daily Mail, Mixmag, The Project, News.com.au, Campaign Week and Mumbrella to name but a few...- I produced one of the largest ever YouTube live streams in Australia. - I have collaborated with animatronics engineers, master distillers, psychologists, authors, nightlife promoters, food architects, scientists, interior designers, the police and SES. - In the name of PR, I’ve unveiled a giant ice sculpture of the London skyline in the centre of London, publicised a singing bread bin(!) and managed a global project which involved 14 countries swapping nightlife on the same night.- I have worked with Coldplay, The Pet Shop Boys, Nile Rodgers, Pharrell Williams, Rudimental, Zane Lowe, Carl Cox and more and have a personal penchant for the dancefloor. - Events and festivals I have worked on include, Openair Cinemas, Future Music Festival, Laneway, Splendour in the Grass, Electric Gardens, Snowboxx, South-West Four Weekender, EMC (the Asia-Pacific Electronic Music Conference), Playground Weekender and Return to Rio. - I produced a ‘Gallery of Good’ at the Cannes Lions Festival.- I am the PR Expert in Residence at the Sydney Startup Hub.Looking to raise your profile?
