Hello, my name is Celia Hernandez. I am an alumn of the University of Iowa with a major in Enterprise Leadership and a minor in Latinx Studies.I am a part of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. and have held the Secretary, Cultural Affairs, Fundraising, and Sunshine Chair positions. The past two summers I have been a part of the CCBSI team for JP Morgan with the first summer being in the Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Pathways fellowship program.Throughout both my organization and fellowship I demonstrated and improved upon many soft and technical skills. This consisted of working on teams where I was able to demonstrate my teamwork and leadership skills. At JP Morgan I facilitated a group project that resulted in a presentation to a potential client for JP Morgan. I also consistently use my critical and analytical thinking skills to improve the organizations I am a part of, this consists of coming up with new ways to improve our marketing for Campus Activities Board to consistently reach a larger audience of people. Overall, I would say I am a very amiable, adaptable, reliable, and hard-working person.
