In collaboration with my team, we conduct several activities: - Provide training to Aruba’s channel partners within the African region.- Qualify and educate channel partners on the Aruba product ecosystem and enable partner SEs to successfully position the Aruba portfolio.- Conducting customer interviews to analyze and evaluate technical needs.- Presenting technical solutions highlighting the benefits of products in response to customer challenges and expectations.

Scoping technical solutions required to address customer requirements, assessing customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommending optimized solutions.Tender processing and reviewing of technical specifications, in order to create a bill of materials with proper datasheets and technical reports.Delivery of technical solutions presentations to customers ( Networking, Backup, etc) highlighting the quality and advantages of products.Technological watch to keep up to date with the latest technical innovations, reading magazines andspecialized publications, participating in conferences of different manufacturers ( Cisco, HPE, Veeam).
