Responsible for managing the team in charge of Infarmed’s Information and Communication processes, such as Contact Center, Communication (website, intranet, social media, internal and external publications, Library, Archive and Document Circulation. Responsible for the creation of the patient engagent model (Incluir) and currently member of the management team for this process. Also responsible for planning and reporting activities, conducting performance assessment, human resources management and quality system development and compliance, for the Department. Represents Infarmed in the Working Group for Communication Professionals, under the aegis of the Heads of Medicines Agencies in Europe and in close cooperation with the European Medicines Agency.
