When passion meets purpose, something beautiful emerges. Growing up an athlete, health and fitness have always played an essential role in my life. Now, with 11+ years of experience as a fitness professional, I have continued to practice what I preach and coach myself and others to live healthier active lifestyles. Given the opportunity to work in different aspects of the industry, from being a personal trainer/fitness instructor to a fitness manager/entrepreneur, my experience has taught me the many components required to be successful. This includes building customer relationships, providing top-quality training techniques, managing teams, providing supporting systems my clients need while balancing everything else in between. With health and fitness becoming more relevant and people growing to be more aware of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, I am excited to be an active participant in the growth and opportunities this industry will experience in the upcoming years.I plan to help lead the way for health and fitness professionals to provide them resources + tools and a place where they can come together, connect, collaborate, and grow their businesses sustainably.
