Celia graduated from Reed College with a Bachelors of the Arts in Environmental Science with a focus on biology. During her years at Reed she worked with Reed’s science outreach program to bring engaging, hands-on science lessons to elementary students in the Portland area. As a summer intern she helped to redevelop the program's curriculum, writing lessons to promote critical thought and skills-based learning, which all centered around the climate crisis.
