Initially, I created flexible workspaces to have a professional, shared environment to show how easily you can incorporate these business-changing processes into your business. Central Business Associates is no longer about the physical space - it is about the collaborative community which resulted from the provided environment. The ongoing relationships which have developed between local specialist small businesses since 2015 have created trust, connection and team-building, where previously most worked independently. We now have groups of people who present as collaborative teams to win clients together. Clients love the opportunity to get all the support services they need, from other local, trusted small businesses. (or extravert, depending on your preference) Learning to navigate our very different personalities, and understanding my kryptonite-like energy, was really life-changing for me/us, but also lots of fun, with many comedic moments and situations. I love to write, so it seemed like a good idea 😊. It's taken me almost 6 years to create a flexible life that allows me time to write, and in the process, I've also started writing two books - one for teens, the other around my growing up and trying to 'fit in' to an extrovert world..
