• Revitalized and rebranded 100 year old non profit agency into a vibrant community gem through unique advertising campaigns. These two campaigns, I Choose and Together, featured over 200 local community leaders, town officials, physicians, prominent locals, donors, and key staff promoting the agency. With a shoe string budget, produced content for email campaigns, online & print ads, videos, event signage and annual reports. • Led monthly strategic marketing sessions with cross functional leadership team. Results included a SWOT Session that led to the formation of task forces designed to improve agency service levels, and the piloting of new services. Using a series of compassionate mission statements to meet each phase of the disease, I converted an otherwise stressful responsibility to a period populated with beautiful and memorable moments. Developed and implemented all sales and marketing strategies. Handle all aspects of sales, online marketing (including Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, Meet up, Google organic search) and print marketing (direct mail and print ads) for boutique photography business catering to commercial and retail clients. Developed new income stream: teaching and lecturing photography to horticultural groups, trade show events and symposiums, civic groups and photography enthusiasts. Cultivated new business through public speaking engagements and office presentations; rolled out creative email campaign called ‘Celia’s Two Cents’ to compiled list of financial planners, attorneys and real estate community.

Overhauled catalog circulation strategies, targeting underperforming customer segments and identifying new areas of untapped sales potential. Rolled out new approach to online customer acquisition, resulting in a drop of acquisition cost from $25 to a positive contribution of $5 per customer. Recruited and trained a financially astute marketing team, hired outside direct mail consultants and statisticians to boost the marketing horsepower of niche gardening mail order business.
