The emphasis of this position is to oversee RMA's which includes:Processing,validating,reconciling and follow up with customer and sales field.Process inquiries in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.Support and enhances a closed-loop RMA process which incorporates the maintenance and publication of RMA policies and procedures.Keep the RMA system current for QA and inform the customer of any problems.Ensure C/S is informed of all current issues and concerns in relation to customer returns and complaints.Maintain RMA database and report any deviations or inaccuracies. Make any revisions needed.

Planned,scheduled and monitored movement of material through the entire production cycle.Generated and tracked production work orders for sub-assemblies and finished good product to ensure adherence to sales orders.Duties included converting the Daily Sales Order listing into the Master Schedule, analyzing capacity and material constraints, and scheduling of production for product lines.Ensure material availability for build activities.Determine and manage product development material requirements through participation in development meetings, discussions with the designs engineers and NPI materials group, analysis of development build schedules and shortage reports, on hand inventory reports and supplier delivery information.Drive physical inventory and cycle count reconciliation for production projects.

Carried out all general clerical and administrative functions needed to run manufacturing floor.maintained constructive relationships with customers while resolving often complex production problems.Managed the recruiting,training and development of manufacturing personnel.Determined methods and sequence of assembly operations where complete information was not readily available. Capable of using production operation sheets,wire list, blueprints,schematics and verbal instructions in order to preform a wide variety of assembly operations.Quality assurance inspection on incoming material and completed assemblies.Instrumental in the initial development and establishment of ISO-9002 Quality Standards.100% cycle count accuracy and on time deliveries of all systems.
