Currently responsible for ensuring exam guidelines are adhered to whilst also maintaining the safety and wellbeing of the students during the exam. Learning and implementing current care plans for students, adapting according to their needs. Liaising with various levels of staff at the academy to ensure set up and closure of exam rooms are followed. My insurance (previous) role I was responsible for one scheme and larger commercial risks, both new business and renewal. Enjoyed the use of my developed interpersonal and communication skills in order to develop internal customer and broker relationships. Regularly attended broker meetings externally in a business development capacity. I have a creative and inquisitive mind and am hard working and keen to learn new skills at every opportunity. Hold Diploma CII following completion of my Cert CII whilst on the QBE Career Pathways Programme which I was successfully chosen for.
