I am proud to have been part of the very beginning of the Women's Equality Party. I joined the staff team in 2015 alongside my work in Children's Services to support branches, and began to build the movement. As the young movement grew and professionalised, my role evolved, As Head of Members and Supporters, I lead on the Women's Equality Party's members and supporters' strategy, recruiting, engaging and retaining our valued membership. I also develop, manage and support our National branch network, oversee our volunteer programme and manage the Party's technical infrastructure.
