After completion of EEDP, I got involved Additive Manufacturing (AM) team. Worked on additive related projects so far and gained esteemed experience for that specific emerging manufacturing method. My main expertise areas:- Design for AM- Process development for AM- Support structure creation- Cost of additive parts and compasion of traditional methods

The Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is an early-career development program and gives opportunity to develop technical problem-solving skills through advanced courses on engineering and technical projects and presentations that align with business objectives for senior leadership. During the program, various experiences such as analysis, design, quality, reliability, integration and testing are obtained. In my EEDP journey, I have taken technical courses regarding gas turbine engines and carried out 3 rotation in different disicplines to understand all system concretely.

Throughout this last rotation of my EEDP career, I took care of one specific High Pressure Turbine (HPT) part of LM6000 engine. I was responsible for transition of all repairs of that part from outside vendors to the GE repair shop. During that project, repair shop was visited 2 times, all operators were trained, required documents were prepared and long term planning was concurred with engineers in repair shop. All repairs were delivered on a turnkey basis.

In the second rotation of EEDP, I was responsible for all rotating parts in M&I LM2500 engine pipeline. Involved redesign projects for various parts, given design and manufacturing support to suppliers all around the world. Gained problem solving skills, technical drawing interpretation. Improved engineering communication skills after participation several technical reviews.

In the first rotation of EEDP, I was a MAE and responsible for all M&I engines rotating parts. Supported all issues regarding materials in redesign projects and given manufacturing support to the design engineers
