I have been working as a lecturer in international relations and project office of a public higher education institution in Turkey since 2010. During my academic career, I held various positions such as; Academic Staff, Project Evaluator, Erasmus Exchange Programme Coordinator, Advisory Board Member for EU Programs, Court Translator, Eurodesk Contact Point Main Responsible Staff.I worked as a project evaluator in the Turkish National Agency and the EU Commission. I took part in European Union Projects as a project coordinator, technical staff, partner and participant. I organized many training on "Project Management" for young students, academic staff, NGO representatives and members of associations. I deal with; youth, vocational education, higher education and school education projects. I prepared and coordinated many interdisciplinary EU-funded projects related to; ecology, tourism, health sciences, technology, youth policies, inclusion, gender equality, entrepreneurship etc.I published books and academic studies related to the internationalisation of higher education systems. I published a book related to EU-Turkey relations in higher education. My main research areas are related to; the internationalization of higher education institutions, quality systems in education, ecology, environmental issues, public awareness, youth policies, civil society, social inclusion, career planning, entrepreneurship and gender equality.
