Lead company's community and government relations for the following areas: Long Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, and Avalon (Catalina Island).

Served as Councilmember’s Chief Policy Advisor. Acted as Principal Advisor to all policy and environmental land use issues related to the California Coastal Commission. Developed and implemented all policy objectives, strategies, and operating plans for Council office. Managed and directed all staff, activities, and office events. Coordinated and supervised the efforts of all staff including the press and constituent services. Acted as Councilmember's principal liaison in City Hall and interacted with local agencies and community. Managed calendar, office visits, and telephone inquiries from all constituents and interest groups.

Served as a representative liaison for the communities of Wilmington and Harbor City. Established and managed key relationships between constituent communities and the Council Office. Provided consistent communication and served as project manager to implement district-wide enhancement projects. Presented monthly Council District 15 updates to community groups and governing boards. Negotiated and mediated large scale community concerns through neighborhood action committees. Acted as liaison between residents and city departments for all pending City of Los Angeles issues.

Chief Policy Research Analyst for Cal State Fullerton’s legislative and policy agenda. Coordinated all university legislative advocacy visits, including briefing materials. Served as liaison with local and state elected officials, local agencies, students and community groups. Monitored statewide and federal legislation and drafted resolutions supporting/opposing legislation. Provided office administrative oversight including monitoring and balancing office budget. Drafted communications including media and press, email, and outreach. Supported developed and implemented Cal State Fullerton’s university policy objectives, strategies, and advocacy.
