Graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. As a current student involved in the world of movement science, I'm exploring the intersections between athleticism, health and peak performance.Outside of academics, I'm deeply engaged in the soccer community. My love for the game as a player has fueled and inspired me to share my knowledge and mold aspiring athletes of all ages.
