Current• Manage and contribute to newsgathering across the Northeast US, writing and editing content for all CNN platforms• Oversee court trials, major breaking news and other editorial while maintaining CNN’s journalistic standards, communicating with control rooms and digital teams during live rolling coverage• Support and organize correspondent and producer teams reporting from a bureau or the field, relaying editorial and logistical needs between reporting teams, live broadcasts and digital platforms while ensuring team safety• Collaborate with managers across company and platforms, domestically and internationally, to plan coverage, streamline communication and execute newsgathering efforts
