Senior Makeup Artist, Glamsquad Miami
Current*Responsible for the talented team of makeup artists in the Miami area.*Maintains the aesthetic and makes sure the Glamsquad experience is cohesive with that of the other locations/markets. *Responsible for driving client consultation, etiquette, professionalism and appointment expectation to all new and resident Glamsquad makeup artists on the Miami team. *Instructor for Glamsquad’s training program and manages all phone interviews and makeup auditions for all new hires. *Manages and motivates the resident makeup artists ensuring all Glamsquad artistry techniques and client experience standards are maintained by establishing strong teamwork and conducting interactive spot coaching. *Coordinates with the other Miami Senior Artist, as well as the National Director of Makeup to conduct group and one-on-one artistic development sessions, seminars and certifications. *Conducts scheduling of artists to ensure proper coverage and availability. *Observes the performance of the resident Glamsquad makeup artists by evaluating client response and feedback on makeup services.
