Celina’s proactive approach helps her develop strong relationships with her clients.Celina is the Business Assurance practice leader at DGC. In this role she oversees a group of 50 professionals and is responsible for oversight and the direction of the practice including hiring, retention and employee engagement. Celina is responsible for annual performance reviews, recommendations for promotions, and team members' career goals and professional growth.Celina is instrumental in ensuring the quality of the attest practice and that professional standards are maintained within the Firm. At DGC, Celina was the leader of the quality control group and responsible for the oversight of policies, procedures and trainings to ensure quality.
