 Built a relationship with the SAP Users' Group (ASUG) of Latin America located in 8 countries: Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina.  Created local projects to encourage the growth of members in the user groups. Shared information and the presentations on Digital Transformation to the associations, especially in events and meetings. Set up a Governance model between SAP’s local subsidiary and the users’ groups (ASUGs) from Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, establishing by common agreement among the parties, an annual schedule of meetings with various areas of SAP, significantly improving the relationship between the two entities. Relaunched 2 groups of strategic users for SAP's operations in the region, Mexico and Peru, with the purpose of integration, discussions, and sharing experiences among themselves and with the representatives of SAP’s subsidiaries in their countries. Implemented the Project Standardizing Improvement Requests (PSIR) for standardizing the documents and processes used to request improvements in SAP’s products, especially improvements related to the localization of the products to the rules and laws of each country.  Was responsible for reducing by 40% the time for analyzing the development of improvements after standardizing the processes.

Brazil Solutions Management Leader - (Maintenance Go-To-Market)  Shared and adopted innovations through SAP’s customer base in Brazil, showing the value of maintenance through promoting various services and tools available to customers. Was responsible for promoting the continuous updating of the products purchased by customers with demonstrations and presentations of reports of improvements in the latest versions. Worked with promoting and demonstrating the evolution of the SAP products and launching new products. Gained experience in sharing and encouraging adopting innovations by installed base of customers in Brazil. Built a strong relationship with customers, providing support and assistance in adopting innovations in products through lectures in over 30 national and international events, presenting its benefits in various types of projects and on the daily maintenance of SAP’s solutions. Global Upgrade Office - Head - Brazil Promoted the benefits of the new versions of SAP’s products by the installed base of customers in Brazil. Created and implemented a program with the partners and SAP’s consulting to increase the pipeline of upgrade projects by promoting the tools available and benefits of the new versions of the products, encouraging their adoption. Was responsible for simultaneous work with partners in each cycle, the MOVE program reached more than 90% of the installed base of customers in the country, increasing the adoption rate of new versions by 70%.  Was recognized and named as "HiPO - High Potential".

 Remote Services Support Consultant - DBS (Digital Business Services) - Remote Services Delivery  Was responsible for delivering reports of system verifications and projects to SAP customers in Latin America. Worked in conjunction with the Marketing area for managing presentations at events and videos with testimonies from clients about the benefits of the reports and services offered by SAP, increasing the number of leads generated by the area for the sales pipeline by 40%.

 Led the team of technology consultants (Basis) from SAP Consulting and participated in specific projects and consulting efforts. Managed a team of technology consultants in more than 40 different customers, including international projects such as AES, BRF, Itaú-Unibanco, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Copersucar, Stihl, Gerdau, and Nestlé. Was certified in SAP ERP, SRM, BI (Analytics), and Infrastructure, as well as did specialization courses in Databases Oracle and HANA.
