Sap User Groups LacSap 2014 - 2019Sap Se Built a relationship with the SAP Users' Group (ASUG) of Latin America located in 8 countries: Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina. Created local projects to encourage the growth of members in the user groups. Shared information and the presentations on Digital Transformation to the associations, especially in events and meetings. Set up a Governance model between SAP’s local subsidiary and the users’ groups (ASUGs) from Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina, establishing by common agreement among the parties, an annual schedule of meetings with various areas of SAP, significantly improving the relationship between the two entities. Relaunched 2 groups of strategic users for SAP's operations in the region, Mexico and Peru, with the purpose of integration, discussions, and sharing experiences among themselves and with the representatives of SAP’s subsidiaries in their countries. Implemented the Project Standardizing Improvement Requests (PSIR) for standardizing the documents and processes used to request improvements in SAP’s products, especially improvements related to the localization of the products to the rules and laws of each country. Was responsible for reducing by 40% the time for analyzing the development of improvements after standardizing the processes. -
