Vip Service Corrdinator
Current- Delivers excellent customer service when attending to high volume on enquiries to high value clients (local and international markets).- Provide logistical support to marketing team on events, marketing promotions and other travel arrangements (domestic and international customers)- B2B communication with 5 external stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction for VIP clients.- Administration support – including daily report creation to supervisors and Directors in the business.- Continual improvement to workflow requirements for increased efficiency for the business. E.g. setting up quick options on business portals.- Advance knowledge of OPERA, SYCO character, Oracle and Salesforce.
