I own the customer experience for the Pregnancy to Postpartum program and am responsible for guiding the evolution of that experience. I am Phoebe’s eyes and ears on the customer, ensuring the program is running well and that the customer experience supports members as they navigate this major life change. I oversee all contractor relationships and proprietary content, ensuring that the Phoebe app offers a comprehensive and fulfilling experience.
