Bettersoul is a platform to discover consumer brands that bring a positive impact to this world.Selected and participated in the TechforGood Startup Accelerating Program in Israel funded by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development for 8 weeks in Jul-Aug 2019.

Manage cross functional team communication and partnerships with nonprofit organizations, such as Compassion International, HOPE International, ICM and VisionFund, to collect data and stories that demonstrate that impact of microfinance on kids and their wellbeing; Lead research on nonprofit interventions and their efficacy; Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on program impacts.

• Under the supervision of a faculty advisor, worked with a team of nine student consultants to conduct interviews and research to produce a case study on the MillionTreesNYC Initiative • Presented findings at Columbia University Sustainability Management Program's Capstone Midterm Briefing

• Coordinated opportunities for Beltone to support and connect with local communities through organization of outreach programs to provide accessible hearing aid and care

• Developed specification sheets for 10 different packaging materials to ensure quality standards and increase visibility throughout the value chain• Analyzed data for GHG emissions, water, packaging materials, waste and energy • Created sustainability metric visuals and graphics to support company sustainability strategies and track efficiency trends

• Developed sustainability strategy by engaging with stakeholders, benchmarking with competitors, creating a materiality assessment, and analyzing value chain and operations• Created Osei-Duro’s first Sustainability Report in accordance with GRI Core standards
