• Primary on-site POC for government and industry stakeholders. • Supported transition of NRC personnel from the PM/COR since inception of the service to 3 new CORs and 1 new CO due to NRC personnel changes/retirement. Ensured transfer of information and accounts to secure continuity of service. • Ensures fulfillment of contract PWS requirements for all components of the contract, including project plans (e.g. Communications Plans, Change and Configuration Management Plan, Security Hardening Assessment Plan), updating project registers (CSI Register, Risks and Issues Log, Change Log), documentation updates (User Guides, SOPs), reporting (Status Reports, Request Fulfillment, Burn, Usage), STIG reviews and security assessments, and process reviews.• Identified opportunities to introduce efficiencies into the periodic systems security assessment process, reducing required meetings by 50% annually.
