Celina serves on the Corporate Senior Leadership Team at Gunnison, holding a pivotal role in driving organizational strategy, fostering growth, and shaping corporate culture. As a Senior Leader within the National Security Division, she oversees P&L and growth activities across a spectrum of IT expertise, encompassing cybersecurity, ITSM, enterprise mobility, and digital transformation.Drawing from a wealth of experience in IT management, enterprise mobility technologies and services, project management, operations management, contract management, vendor management, business process reengineering, and SLA/contract performance management and reporting, Celina has consistently demonstrated her multifaceted skill set. While at G2SF, she led the business development function, ranging from pursuing business opportunities to automating the onboarding process for new hires. Notably, she orchestrated a fivefold increase in the number of proposal submissions by effectively managing the entire proposal lifecycle. Celina's exceptional capabilities came to the forefront with the award of NRC's GLINDA BPA, a 6-year, $679 million program to G2SF. She embraced a customer-facing role, ensuring contract compliance and fostering effective partner engagement. Her instrumental role in orchestrating operational enhancements, supporting the rollout of new/updated services, and instituting a user outreach program underscores her commitment to delivering excellence. Celina is responsible for the contract delivery of Gunnison’s programs at NRC, including operations; user outreach; systems and infrastructure administration; and maintenance, and engineering, architecture, and design of future service offerings. She also oversees the start-up of a new program at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to conduct a migration from BMC Remedy (on-premises) to Helix (cloud).Celina graduated from Catholic University in Washington, DC with a Major in International Business and Minor in Asian Studies. She remains dedicated to nurturing the growth of business school students as an alumna mentor. Recently, Celina graduated from the ACT-IAC Voyagers leadership program, collaborating with government and industry stakeholders to elevate the GovCon sector. Beyond her professional pursuits, Celina is a passionate disc golfer and ultimate frisbee player and plays for the regional-ranking women's club ultimate frisbee team, Baltimore Wave.
