- Create educational programming for advanced providers with the aid of physicians and advanced provider lead- Assist advanced provider lead with new employee orientation and training- Act as preceptor for physician assistant students

• Function as a physician assistant in triage, fast track, and main emergency department• Efficiently take medical histories, complete physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and create appropriate treatment plans• Disposition an average of 2-3 patients per hour with an Emergency Severity Index 2-5• Perform procedures including arterial blood draws, bedside orbital ultrasound, central venous line placement, dental block, digital block, endotracheal intubation, eye foreign body removal, fluoroscein stain assisted eye exam, hematoma block, incision and drainage, superficial and deep laceration repair, local anesthetic administration, Foley catheter insertion and removal, nasogastric tube placement, reduction of joints and fractures, speculum exams, splinting, and venipuncture

• Oversee all Clinical Care Extender Interns in the Emergency Department at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian• Answer intern questions and concerns regarding work on the floor or the internship program in general• Visit floor staff weekly to ensure interns’ performance is held at hospital standards

• Aid in patient care, such as bathing, changing, ambulating, repositioning, feeding, and responding to other comfort care needs • Support hospital staff to increase quality of patient care

• Coordinate large groups of dancers ages 6-18 to perform in Disneyland Resort’s seasonal guest-talent parades

• Assist the dentist in all aspects of treatment• Provide front and back office support in dental health office• Update and organize patient files, contact insurance companies for billing• Sterilize instruments, maintain equipment, and take care of patient rooms

• Teach dance classes to children ages 4-17• Provide positive leadership and role modeling
