Aided in account acquisitions, inside sales and serving as a special project manager I brought in on average 300 new customers annually. Customer acquisitions consisted of consultations, equipment sales, construction consultation for cafe buildups, menu development and training on cafe operations. My position also had me serve as a community liaison, bringing our organization with many other local, non profit groups- together we created products and determined creative ways to market those products. I organized and ran our events team, managing over 600 offsite and onsite events. I managed our social media platforms. I organized an annual 15 person international trip to Bogota, Colombia. I hired members for our administration and barista team and would train office personnel on all administrative tasks. I myself, also performed various administrative tasks when necessary.
