Part of the World Wide Operations and Engineering Finance organization that focused on working closely with senior and executive management, wafer purchasing, understanding our inventory position, valuation of slow moving inventory, and process improvements around the front and back end planning for inventory purchasing.Responsibilities include:• Inventory Reporting – Track and report inventory position for all forecasts and quarterly earnings. Reporting included aged inventory, inventory by FGI/WIP/Assembly, inventory by process node, and reporting our MSOH (monthly sales on hand).• Slow Moving Inventory – Began the process that started tracking and forecasting the inventory that was yielding low demand products. Developed monthly meetings with operations and marketing to discuss programs that could help move/sell the inventory to minimize impact of E&O reserves.• SPRINT – Participated in the supply chain program that was being implemented in JDA to help our organization do better backend planning. My role was to help the organization develop the reports that would report our inventory position based on our purchasing decisions for wafers and substrates.
