In my career I have paced and helped to establish new ways of working for different organizations and business models - based on my programm- and project-management competency, conceptual and analytical skills, other skills as well as more then 13 years of leadership experience.Some topics realized during my years in in-house consulting: designing and establishing a mobile customer journey in a brick-and-mortar fashion store (in line with German gdpr and workcouncil guidelines), renegotiation of an in-house collective agreement for whole logistics of the Otto Group (>6.000 blue collar employees), business model transformation of an e-commerce retailer with own brand share into a fashion monobrand (including carve out and closure of relevant parts of the company).Main topics and topics of heart in my current position: Conceptual development and first-time establishment of a group-wide solution for cross-company career support (#YourNextMove), new development and implementation of the international Top Executive Development Program, establishment of an operationalizable HR strategy with focus on measures in organizational development, lifelong learning, talent management and DIE&B - powered by new and future-relevant, technological solutions (HR Tech Empowerment) and a datadriven mindset.For me, people and data are not part of different professions but the two most valuable elements to understand, in order to successfully develop and lead organizations.
