We have high academic expectations and aspirations and expect our students to be able to learn and thrive in a safe, calm and orderly school environment. I work with the Heads of Department and the Student Care Team and use qualitative and quantative data as part of daily dialogues to review, reflect and respond to students' needs and adaptations put in place. I help teachers evolve their pedagogical skills and, together with my Principal and fellow Assistant Principal, take responsibility for staff development and the workplace environment.
