Her professional success in that space provided her with nuanced skills and insight into external relations, project management, strategic communication and community development.In 2008, when elected officials and political candidates were beginning to distribute an unprecedented amount of information online, Celinda recognized that there were no consulting firms in Texas that worked at the intersection of politics and technology. Identifying a unique opportunity to put her experience to use and fill a market need, she founded Net Victories, the first Texas consulting firm to specialize in politics and online media.Founding a first-of-its-kind business required a leap of faith, not to mention an exceptionally heavy workload, diligence, and agility. Celinda ushered Net Victories growth from a political branding and website design business to the integrated communication and community outreach consulting firm that it is today.
