SENIOR BILLING ANALYST•Ensure Sales Orders meet mandatory criteria guidelines regarding discounting, up sells, renewals per accounting and billing policies.•Ensure transaction billing calculation is accurate.•System Account provisioning of New Customer Sale, Renewals and Up-sells orders.•Handles Cash Sale transactions and manual invoicing of different Subsidiaries.•Coordinate with Collections Team to address payment and credit applications.•Coordinate with Sales Operations to address sales order billing issues and answer policy related queries.•Coordinate with Revenue team to ensure revenue transaction posting is accurate and aligned with accounting policies.•Performs Quality Audit within the team to ensure accuracy of processed orders every month.•Performs Ad-hoc activities such as Customer Adjustment Request, Reinstatement and Transfer of payments.•Focal for Sales Order assignment of the team.•Preparation of Reports needed by Revenue team. •Deals with Internal Finance Queries and external customers queries

Real Estate Billing-Analyst•Contract Administration activities for Real Estate including generations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable financial entries, tenant and self bill printing, and etc.•Generate, analyze, and assist third party provider to resolve aged Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.•Process adhoc Non PO transactions via FI coding•Analyze Status of Accounts Reporting for prepaid rents and accruals.•Effectively communicate all processing issues to counterparts•Prepare and update work instructions for ease reference and guidance.•Monthly preparation of reports and metrics for Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.Additional Roles and Responsibilities:Team Super User for EAST cluster• Support the localization of training materials/data and then its delivery to End Users. Provide additional coaching as required and on-boarding/orientation for new Users Raise defect/ticket in case there is a technical issue in the process.• Actively contribute to CAT (Customer Acceptance Testing) and LES (Live Environment Simulation) testing• Interface with Process Experts to discuss and solve process issues and understand the end-to-end process• Participate in trainings to ensure to fully understand the process of raising tickets and escalating issues; as of hypercare. Support End Users by escalating issues cannot solve to the Support Desk• Provide End User support in the workplace: for a defined group of End Users within a process or function act as the first point of contact for ‘incidents’ encountered using DS1/GSAP.• Be the first contact for End User queries of Real Estate transactions. Address as many end user ‘how to’ questions as possible and escalate issues cannot be resolve to the Support Desk• Participate actively in the Super User network.• Perform training and testing to a high standard to support the Process and I.T. related change activities.
