Over the last two decades, I have worked in many aspects of the wine industry. I am now ready to open my horizons and use my experiences and transferable skills to diversify into different industries. I have been assisting businesses strengthening their operational departments to allow them to grow in line with their company goals and aspirations. I have helped reshape Customer Services departments and procedures. I have reviewed Human Resources processes & documentation to align with company values. I have evaluated if companies were using the best ERP system to operate and develop their business. Sometime a system used at day 1 is not the correct one for future goals. I have project managed implementations of new ERP, mainly Dynamic 365 Business Central from Microsoft and subsequently the one specialised in the wine industry, Bevica. Most of those project managements lead me to learn about the financial impact on a business and how key a bookkeeping function is. I am now able to advice on how to manage that part of a business.
