I am caring and I love laughing. I can spend hours talking with you on a train, a flight or at a coffee shop if you have a challenge to address or a story to tell. Gathering people together, whatever in a personal or a professional context, makes my days. Alternatively, I energize from escaping and horse riding in the nature at least one time a week. I am fascinated by how virtual universes have changed the way we can address the world’s challenges and how far we can go with collective intelligence. I joint Dassault Systèmes in 2006 as a trainee and found into this company an inexhaustible source of new innovation stories to discover and talents to work with and learn from…and never managed to get bored!From marketing to business development and project management, I had the opportunity to leverage my skills to empower the different teams I worked with to be successful. I like nothing more than starting from a blank page, clearing and deep diving on unknown domains to contribute to the group’s intelligence and lead co-construction programs. I also had the opportunity to involve myself through internal initiatives : welcoming new hires at onboarding sessions, accompanying every year the Dassault Systèmes’ Innovation Forwards candidates in their journey to emphasize their achievements at the Global Company scale,... and it appears that I very much enjoy it!
