Derivation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) lines from 100 diseased blood samples and characterization of pluripotency ; subcloning of 250 iPSC lines. - "Interferon (IFN) response" project (Jan 2016 - Mar 2017). Banking and stimulation with IFN-β or Poly-I:C of 100 human primary fibroblast lines to characterize their immune response. - MacroMap (Sep 2016 – Dec 2018). Differentiation of 315 human iPSC lines into macrophages and chemical stimulations to identify associated eQTLs. - PathMap (Sep 2017 – May 2019). Banking of 100 human iPSC lines containing a targeted knock-out (KO), differentiation into macrophages and stimulation with 10 isolates of the bacteria Klebsiella pneumonia to characterize the macrophage's response to stimulation. - CRISPR-iPS (Jan 2019 – May 2019).
