Lecturer on the topic of "Design Thinking" for master students at ZHAW earning their MS.c. Banking and Finance. In this course, students get to know an innovation methodology that can be applied to solve a broad range of problems. The students engage in collaborative team exercises to learn about and directly apply the five typical design thinking steps – empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test – by solving a real-world challenge.

At Sparkademy, we offer an applied learning experience to train future corporate change makers in leadership & innovation. As a Business Operations Manager for Sparkademy, I am responsible for managing and overseeing various operational aspects of the business. This includes developing and implementing efficient processes, managing budgets, analyzing data, and ensuring that our product and marketing efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the company. I oversee the product and marketing functions to ensure that they are working together seamlessly and that we are delivering the right message to our customers. In addition, I am also involved in developing strategies for growth and expansion, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business. By doing all of this, I am helping to position the startup for long-term success.

In my role as Customer Success and Program Manager, I am helping our customer to achieve their desired outcomes with our learning program.
