Conspiracy Chocolate is a small Hong Kong bean-to-bar craft chocolate company. We make 75% dark chocolate from Vietnamese beans infused with spices, herbs, teas, nuts and fruits. Our product is naturally vegan, low in sugar and we use organic ingredients wherever possible. In charge of running the INFINITI (Smart City) and AGrowth (Agtech) accelerator programme in both Hong Kong and Thailand. The responsibilities included leading ideation workshop, client management, sourcing and vetting startups, secure mentors and lobbying corporate to ensure the good progress of POCs, acting as the mediator between startups and corporate clients.

Organise and lead workshops around the region to spread the method and coach employees with the ideation process. - Part of the Innovation Committee in charge of devising the innovation strategy for the NEA region and incubating new projects (selecting projects, allocating resources, mentoring the team from business model to launch, and managing stakeholders).- Externally, connect with startups to identify new technologies and partnership opportunities that would help the company to innovate.- Also working on my own projects: an innovative traceability solution to combat counterfeit: identified and engaged with international start-ups, developed the business model, worked closely with the startup to adapt the solution to our needs, created a demo, built the sales approach, currently testing it in Europe.- Working on the business model with a B2B online platform selling industrial products - Developed a professional rating solution for a HK-based startup; met with the client to understand their needs, coordinated with the technical team to develop the framework and co-developed a marketing approach with the client, model China and Taiwan. - Planning to take the PMP exam this year

Completed a research paper on the role of services in global value chains and the impact of innovation on productivity. Published the paper in 2016.

Tasks ranged from pitching stories, translation, editing, phone and face-to-face interviews, travel to remote locations. Published three of my own articles on Chinese and European cultural differences.
