- 20 projects for corporate and private equity clients, mostly in consumer industries and financial services, focusing on strategy (organic growth, adjacencies, M&A, due diligence), operations (turnaround, procurement), organizational design and program management - Responsibility for stakeholder’s engagement, projects planning and execution, and consultant teams coordination and development - Long-term coaching of an early-stage entrepreneur (business plan, road-to-market, fundraising) and a non-governmental organization (international organization design)
