Key Role: Managing & Monetizing the assigned animation IPs and Driving Ad Sale Revenue across overall kid platforms. This includes:- Servicing existing clients & expanding clientele list to achieve the given annual sales target.- Developing holistic marketing plan for clients using Astro media platforms.- Working closely with branded content team to develop campaign idea for clients.- Managing and maintaining good business relationship with respective animation IP partners.- Sourcing for new potential animation IP to partner with, creating & negotiating deal terms with IP owners.- Initiating branding & marketing exercise to build and grow acquired animation IP to ensure long term brand sustainability and popularity in the market.- Overseeing campaign execution to ensure client's KPIs and objectives are met.- Managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaign.

- Analysing campaign brief, followed by formulation of media plan and presentation to clients. - Pre & post campaign analysis.- To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of clients’ campaign.- To negotiate with media owners in securing the best deals for clients.- Spearheaded international accounts such as MasterCard & Burberry.

- Driving ad sale revenue to the radio station.- Servicing existing clients and expanding clientele list - Crafting advertising proposal based on clients' marketing brief, managing production work and campaign execution.
