Develop and implement strategic marketing plans by identifying the key opportunities and execute integrated marketing programs to build brand equity, drive brand affinity and gain market share.

Lead a team of nutritionists to drive the development and implementation of marketing activities, new product launches, sales and field education programs to build product advocates and support business leader’s sponsoring efforts.

Manage new product launches, wellness fair, field education and various sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth across organizations.

Develop marketing content, tools and materials, and lead the field education programs to empower sales force. Involve in the planning and execution of sales and marketing events and activities, recognition and motivation events, conventions, CSR projects and Incentive trips.

Manage company key accounts by identifying and building long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with medical professionals, KOLs and local government units to ensure penetration/repeat usage of products in the identified key hospitals. Partner with the area distributors to implement promotional and marketing programs.
