Throughout my 25+ employment history, I have worked for local authorities within complaints, housing needs, leasehold and income, leaving care and youth justice, and for social landlords within complaints and business development. Within these positions I developed in depth case management skills and built on my administrative and secretarial experience from roles within facilities management and telecommunications. Throughout my work experience I have developed the ability to adapt to change within work environments and according to workload. I have excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working with customers, shareholders, MPs, and company directors. I am also accustomed to working independently to organise, prioritise and complete multiple tasks.Creative writing has always been a constant source of enjoyment and release for me, whiich lead me to start a business focusing on inspiring, empowering, and uplifting others through positive words on everyday items. This also prompted me to change my degree path to an Open Degree focusing on business and creative writing.
