- Participating/Leading of regular review with International finance and accounting teams to share information, identify best practices, and improvement opportunities.- Support local accounting teams driving accounting process and internal control improvements- Perform key controls as part of Hill-Rom's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.- Assist in completion of monthly close and reporting requirements to ensure timeliness and accuracy of internal reporting and SEC fillings- Assist countries in completion of statutory reporting requirements.- Maintain SharePoint site information (work instructions, user guides, agreements...)- Provide support in the establishment or dissolution of legal entities.- Perform site visits to assess compliance of local facilities with Hill-Rom policies and general internal control requirements.
