- Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.- Manage project teams that include lead engineer, site manage, administrative support and third party vendors.- Manage multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers' complex projects.- Implement appropriate project management process & tools of the company to ensure all projects are delivered on scope, on time and on budget with high level of customer satisfaction. - Define and determine role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member.- Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.- Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.- Identify on a timely basis all project barriers and identify strategies and approaches to overcome these barriers.- Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process and approach to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization. - Mange the Five Project Management Process Groups flow from one phase into anther. Beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, Close.- Coach & provide feedback to project team members on their performance to ensure customer satisfaction.- Ensure assigned proposal have right commitment on cost and schedule. - Support Proposal Review to ensure cost and schedule committed. - Leverage various resources to ensure the project team to meet project requirements defined in sales contract.- Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team. - Work with application center manager to make project manpower forecasting and balance.

- Meet program milestone according to CPCP timing1. Set up mastering/AAR database earlier after Step 3 as the foundation of all mastering and part validation activity2. Coordinate supplier kick-off meeting with JV PU3. Consolidate development plan with Tier 1(or raw material supplier), PU, SQE and PM team with consideration of actual material lead time and 3C 4. Coordinate with material team to understand the test needs, timing needs so as to adjust appearance approval plan5. Manage database for program to trace actual status for mastering development, closely track on target and specific submission date for all appearance deliverables- Meet appearance & quality standard1. Ensure all material/parts conform to Chrysler/harmonized standard in respect of color/gloss/aesthetic surface etc. 2. Ensure all masters/parts live up to specific perceived quality and appearance metrics3. Coordinate with PDO for deviation within design acceptance4. Coordinate with product engineer to ensure product/tooling design will minimize appearance affect e.g zero parting line5. Ensure vehicle will be launched within perceived quality and appearance metrics- Perform cross functional tasks1. Cooperate with product engineering to grasp production information (parts, matricola, configuration, TC data, design change etc.)2. Communicate with Codep team for color code/texture code/sample code/asthetic table as the base of color/mastering database3. Work with EMEA/APAC PDO to understand styling definition and to make sure mastering and craftsmanship execution is up to design request4. Work with PU/SQE/Material to consolidate mastering development plan and follow up strategy5. High contacts with Tier 1 (or raw material supplier) for Kick-off, sample review, AAR approval, status follw-up, technical issue clarificationProject engaged: • support 343 (C-medium)/K4 (D-SUV) for all body paint development• lead 523 (B-SUV)

1. develop interior color masters according to clients' requirement2. directly communicate with car interior trim designer to get the direction of color matching3. lead color matching according to car interior trim designer's request4. assess color samples according to their Hue, Gloss, Lightness, Chroma, Appearance visually or by color spectrum device and gloss device5. follow up the process of specification test (e.g. scratch resistance, adhesion etc.) 6. follow up design verification and color approval process from clients' side 7. closely monitor color mastering process, control color difference from batch to batch 8. discuss solutions with technical engineer for problems caused by substrates (e.g. biting issue) or application (e.g poor ahesion) or condition of spraying booth (temperature, humidity, ventilation etc)9. create index to track color samples and project-related documentation10. propose new color solution e.g. textured, tinted topcoat; 3 layer 2 bake for a better look of Gavano Chrome for both domestic and overseas clients such as Ford, GMNA, etc. 11. participate in annual Color Trend design(2013/2014), which was highly applauded among OEMs both home and overseasProject Engaged: • Ford C490 develop a series of straight and metallic color according to Ford Designer's request; followed up the process of color approval; prepared samples for Ford Specification Test (under WSS-M15J14-A1/A2, Wss-M15J16-A1); also ensured MCDCC be signed so as to start mass production; appointed as the global single source for all approval color.• UP375Request from Ford Australia to color match 10 color used for both interior and exterior; appointed as the global single source for approved color. • E2SCpropose new color solution to GMNA Chevorlet design team; color trend presentation
