I piloted the development of an interactive dashboard to integrate SPC in Power BI and provide metrics which inform on the stability and control of various manufacturing processes involved in the making of key components within their product line. To validate the current data being stored, I performed a thorough data cleanup to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for effective analysis and reporting. By developing a new, standardized tool to assess manufacturing maturity, this project generated value by making historical data accessible and usable for monitoring variation, informing key decision-making, and determining whether a product meets ASML's industrialization and quality standards.

In this role, I examined the classic Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) and developed a mathematical model using a heuristic method to reduce costs and find the most reliable and robust solution while abiding by a set of constraints. To achieve this goal, I successfully coded a linear programming model using MATLAB and composed a literature review to address previous approaches and determine how precursory research can be built upon and further developed.

I currently help generate social media posts to advertise ongoing BMC events, accolades, and relevant news within the department. I organize and update student and alumni databases on Salesforce and Microsoft Excel. I also edit articles and stories for our team's Director of Marketing and Communications before they're published on our website and other news outlets. I also lead a data management effort in support of our Community Outreach Manager, allowing for an accurate forecasting of the success of outreach events.

In this role, I performed data cleanup on the calibration management system, GAGEpack, to prevent supplier delays and enhance traceability of gages encompassing numerous facilities and suppliers. I also improved and updated procedure to streamline search capabilities involving part numbers, subcomponents, and corresponding quality inspection reports. With guidance from the Research and Design, Quality Inspection, and New Product Development teams, I was also able to successfully submit nonconformance reports, inspection documentation, risk assessments, and change orders to disposition parts.
