Experiences gained:• Manage 350 headcount of payroll (five departments)• Compute workers salary twice a month • Identify and provide solution on payroll related issue• Compute of worker’s salaries on a daily basis and to ensure payroll transaction are processes in a timely and accurate manner for month and payroll submission. • Assist in review and development of details payroll, operational and financial report for various department and external stakeholder. • Conduct screening, phone interview and coordinate interview with shortlisted candidate, assist operation manager to select the best suitable candidate for the job• Manage all training needs, plans and executions including coordination, maintaining, and managing training providers• Monitor and review for employee attendance and performance by recording in the system as an evidence and supporting for year end appraisal purpose. • Maintain employee leave record • Timely preparation and submission of payroll related reports• Responsible for all tax, CPF and fund contribution with regard to employee.• Prepare and update employee contract, termination letter and cessation contract and last pay.

- Developing a good understanding of client companies - their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment; - Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines);- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;- Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the client's requirements;- Reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates;- Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;- Preparing profiles to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;- Organizing interviews for candidate as requested by the client;- Negotiating salary packages between client and candidates;- Offering consultation advice to both clients and candidates salary levels, training & development and career opportunities- Participating in Career Fairs/exhibitions/Career Booths at Universities/Colleges
