Dealing with customers from all over the world, and learning about different countries' cultures and different customers’ thinking styles, make me excited and learn a lot.I also love our product GPS tracker. When I heard cur customer said, “Our client’s car was stolen, but it was found with your GPS tracker eventually”, I felt very happy and proud. Now our company has released the personal GPS tracker. It is used to protect the elderly, children or lone workers, but I hope it won’t be really used :)Have been engaged in sales for 14 years, however, I am not a good sales. I don’t have many sales skills, and not aggressive enough. Sometimes I spent much time on non-profitable projects, just because I understand our customers’ difficult situations, and simply want to help. But I can say, I am a very nice business partner. So far, the orders I have handled have ZERO error rates, and I have got ZERO customer complaints. GPS tracker is not like common consumer electronics, it is more technical. To sell this product and have good communication with customers, you need to have a certain technical sense and knowledge. Some customers said, “Celine, you are the best!” I know this is the approval for my product knowledge and supportive attitude.
