The Center for Advanced Bioenergy and Bioproducts Innovation (CABBI) is a DOE-funded Bioenergy Research Center. As the Program Manager, I lead the Project Management team and oversee the operations of the Center. - Leverage resources, expertise, and experience across projects, including operational strategies for budget creation and forecasting, long-term facility and staffing plans, purchasing and invoice approval, and process improvement.- Directs an effective communication plan.- Supports development of diversity, equity, and inclusion and outreach programs within the Center. - Works with leadership to increase productivity and integration of research across the Center.- Lead the design, development, and construction of a multi-million dollar greenhouse that will support Center research.

The Molecule Maker Lab Institute is a NSF-funded Artificial Intelligence Institute focused on applying AI to chemical and biological synthesis. As a member of the Institute Leadership, I was the connection point between the research and business processes of the Institute and oversee day-to-day operations.- Organized and managed project teams, including fostering collaborations, creating action plans, and establishing goals. - Built strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsor. Compiled and provided research highlights, annual report, and sponsor site visits. - Developed and leveraged operational strategies for budget creation, forecasting, purchasing, and invoicing, data management, IP, and materials transfer.- Developed and implemented processes to launch and manage a diversified industrial partnership program and seed grant program.

- Managed operations, budget forecasting, partnerships, and research efforts for a multi-institutional grant-funded program. - Worked with a team of 12 experts in educational development, graduate education, postdoc professional development, and instructional design to create two online courses on the edX platform. - Successfully implemented marketing and communications plan, which led to nearly 3,000 people from 60+ countries enrolled in online course in one year. - Facilitated in-person and online workshops for doctoral students and postdocs.
