Lab rotation: Analyzing Heatmaps in Alzheimer's Disease, supervised by prof. dr. Kerstin Ritter. In this lab rotation, I trained a CNN to classify structural MRI data of Alzheimer's disease patients and healthy controls and visualized the learned signal using layerwise relevance propagation. A clustering algorithm was then used to study possible subtypes.
