I was responsible for 2 markets, and managed international SEO projects:France: SEO On page / Off page / Techical + Roadmapping and budgettingChina: I worked alongside a local agency to define and implement an SEO strategy fitted to the market and in line with our objectives and budget.Project Management - The Style Guide As the project manager, I initiated this project and managed all the steps from the beginning until the recent release, and improvements to follow. I'm working with a team of 8 people and 3 external agencies to create SEO optimized content fitted to each market, and also managed the platform creation (front end + back end) in collaboration with our internal Tech team and UX team. The Style Guide is now available in 10 Markets and 8 different languages.+ Daily use of analytics tools (Moz, Search Metrics, AWR, GA, Search Console, Majestic, Botify) as well as Project Management and Agile tools & softwares (Asana, Trello and Jira mainly).

My actions included but were not limited to:1/ SEO on page- Keyword research and mapping: optimizing Titles, Meta Tags, H1s and online descriptions- Internal Linking optimisation - Taxonomy review- Reporting on search performance (daily use of BrightEdge, Google Analytics, Majestic & Open Site Explorer 2/ SEO off page - Growing a database of influencers (daily use of Buzzstream)- Content creation to trigger engagement and improve brand awareness (in collaboration with our Social Team).- Event planning, included in an offsite strategy to increase brand awareness. I often travel to meet influencers and introduce them to Farfetch's unique concept. - Constant technology watch ( Google Algorithms, best practices, new features etc...) 3/ Technical SEO - Backlink Audit (Majestic, Open Site Explorer, Google Search Console) - Onsite technical optimization: website crawling (Botify) to check for broken links, duplicate content , XML sitemap, Urls etc. and define opportunities of improvement.- Competitor analysis, to keep track of the best practices on each market and to improve Farfetch's position on the sector. ..

The VDCB is a new concept store specialized in young designers, launched by an association called Le Village des Créateurs. I was in charge of the day-to-day operations: - Store business operations (managing profit and loss, facility management, safety, security and banking) - Product management and team development (I managed a team of 3 people).Besides these operations, I was also responsible for the communication related to the store. I worked on our presence on social networks (through online media campaigns), I organized monthly events with the designers we worked with, and I was always in touch with journalists and press agencies to increase our visibility.
