⁍ contributes to the organisation of in-person/online/hybrid meetings of the Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY), including Plenaries, Bureau meetings and Working Groups;⁍ arranges T-CY missions and the participation of T-CY members in international events;⁍ oversees the updating, print and dispatch of T-CY publications such as the Budapest Convention booklets in several languages, and special editions;⁍ collects and compiles replies to questionnaires and other contributions to T-CY reports;⁍ maintains and creates content for the T-CY and general cybercrime website;⁍ is an active part of the working group on cyberviolence and its new online resource (www.coe.int/cyberviolence)⁍ corrects, edits or translates English/French versions of T-CY documents or text for the websites;⁍ contributes to the organisation of Octopus conferences and other cooperation activities funded under the Ordinary Budget;⁍ liaises with the project teams in the Cybercrime Programme Office (C-PROC) of the Council of Europe in Bucharest, Romania;⁍ processes draft purchase orders for invitation letters, contract letters, administrative arrangements, consultancy contracts and service contracts and travel arrangements in line with instructions and relevant procedures; processes and follows up on payment requests;⁍ acts as contact point for Records Management for cybercrime;

⁍ Manages the web content for the bilingual English/French EDQM website.⁍ Managess project of redesign of the website: switch from Masteredit to Drupal 7 and alignment with the Council of Europe's style guide. ⁍ Oversees translations: coordination of translation work, translation of general content for the website and social media. ⁍ Drafts a technical and style guide for content creation in Drupal. ⁍ Ensures community management: launch of the Twitter account, development of the communication strategy on social networks, drafting of a best practices charter.⁍ Acts as an intermediary between the EDQM and external service providers, management of purchase orders and web budget.⁍ Updates the website: researching topics to develop the editorial line, collecting content from other entities, drafting of news and short articles, translating content.⁍ Works on SEO⁍ Drafts a monthly newsletter covering medical news in Europe, sent to 14,000 subscribers. ⁍ Researches, edits and creates visuals in Photoshop CS6.⁍ Liaises with the IT Department to ensure smooth technical operation of the website. ⁍ Monitors statistics for the corporate site over the year (using Piwik and previously GA) in collaboration with a service provider, and created a monthly Twitter statistics report.⁍ Receives customer requests and referred them to the appropriate contacts.
