Ik ben Céline, ingenieur van opleiding maar vooral een bezige bij met vele interesses. Het meeste energie krijg ik door anderen te coachen het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Dat kan in verschillende contexten. Op de werkvloer hou ik ervan processen te structureren, workflows te optimaliseren en de samenwerking binnen teams te stimuleren. Open communicatie en duidelijke briefings draag ik daarbij hoog in het vaandel. Want een team dat weet wat verwacht wordt, presteert beter en ervaart minder stress.In mijn vrije tijd ben ik actief als personal trainer en spinning coach en inspireer en begeleid ik anderen op gebied van voeding, mindset en beweging. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat ook binnen de bedrijfswereld nog veel winst te boeken valt op dit vlak. Met mijn eigen onderneming Fit-Design wil ik ondernemers en teams van werknemers begeleiden naar een efficiëntere, gezondere & positievere levensstijl.
